We offer same-day shipping on all orders placed Monday through Friday before 5pm EST; orders placed after this time, or on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed on the next business day. When your order has shipped, well send you an email containing your tracking information.
We provide FREE FedEx 2-Day shipping on orders over $100
to the 50 continental US states. This does not include Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, or other US territories.
Delivery Dates:
All delivery dates displayed on the site are estimations derived from FedEx's 2-day delivery service. While we assure you that we will diligently prepare and dispatch your order on time,it is important to note that unforeseen factors such as seasonal
weather patterns and fluctuating shipping volumes can lead to unexpected delays. Please be aware that all shipping charges aren't refundable.
We provide FREE ground shipping via USPS on orders under $100 within the 50 continental US states. This does not include Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, or other US territories. Any order shipping to a P.O. Box will be shipped via USPS.
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 5pm EST will be shipped out same day for delivery next business day via FedEx Standard Overnight. This delivery option and shipping cost will be avaible in the cart during checkout.
International shipping outside the US is FREE for all orders of $300 USD or more. Orders below $300 USD will incur a $30 international shipping fee. This is based on your subtotal after discounts are applied. Well provide an estimate of the delivery date once your order has shipped, but the arrival date may vary depending on transport times as well as customs clearance procedures. Please be advised that some countries charge customs duty or other taxes on importation of gemstones and/or jewelry. We do not assume any responsibility for these taxes and it is entirely the responsibility of the buyer to settle with their own customs authority.
